"Kenneth worked on various projects as a manager, and based on his work, I would rank him as one of the best critical and accurate researchers and professional developers I have ever met at the workplace."
I am extremely pleased to introduce Kenneth Chang as a coworker and my best friend, who has influenced me so much. Kenneth and I worked collaboratively at THE EDUCATION (EDC) for nearly 2 years. During the period, I found him diligent, conscientious, and highly committed to his work.
Kenneth worked on various projects as a manager, and based on his work, I would rank him as one of the best critical and accurate researchers and professional developers I have ever met at the workplace.
I recognized that Kenneth has an exceptional talent to reach out to coworkers and students to comprehend their sensitive situations and specific emotional needs and undertake them accordingly. Every moment in his work, his research is meticulous since he puts a lot of effort in finding just the right type of resources needed to complement his work — content development, curriculum design, teacher training, etc. His outstanding office management skills also became apparent when he helped to develop and implement various systems and processes to improve business efficiency and business continuance.
In his role as a manager at EDC, he came across many challenges; his reason for success in meeting all those challenges head-on is his ability to chart out his limitations. He delivered proactive solutions for highly stressful and delicate situations, which resulted in positive branch responses and greater student retention. Kenneth is, so to speak, an accomplished "MacGyver" who has ensured the efficacy of many projects.
As an educator, I am sincerely thankful to Kenneth for making every effort to make a better decision for students. At a corporate workshop with executives and branch principals, I remember he said, “Although today's focus is about cost-savings and revenue growth, I implore you to ultimately base your decisions on the student. Even if a decision is for a single student, I will personally guarantee that you and your student will have my undivided attention and unwavering support.” His speech deeply moved not only me but those present for sure.
Based upon my experience working with him at EDC, I am confident that Kenneth will be a great addition to any firm that hires him. If I can be of any further assistance, or provide you with further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
