"He was the first person that made me think that a person of insight could be more inspiring than reputable companies."
Many competent workers are offered a chance to work in good companies, however only a few can have a chance to work with Kenny Chang. He was the first person that made me think that a person of insight could be more inspiring than reputable companies. From the experience of having worked with over a year as a team member, and later as my boss, I can, without hesitation, vouch for him under any circumstance.
His main talent is that he is more than capable of managing projects – he can suggest prioritization of a process in detail for all individuals involved. The fact that he can provide insight in all levels of a project is a true testament to his experience and knowledge. Furthermore, during crunches on projects, mapping a fair distribution of resource and operation-process is crucial. His technological knowledge and logical thinking set up an efficient project environment so that team members could fully perform, therefore wheeling the path of the group to the right direction.
There were 30 employees in the office, among whom few were against him. He was neither gentle nor a “yes-man.” He rather harshly drove people into objective perspectives, excluding unnecessary emotions, and led them to draw their own resolution in their peculiar situations, during which process people were made to feel that they were more valuable and active. Whether his rank was higher or not, or his professional interests were involved did not matter to him. Most people know, think, and believe that everyone has his or her own values, but he is one of the few that exemplifies it.
His knowledge regarding IT, educational methodology, and communication skills are not the only reasons that I recommend him. At the center of making Kenny Chang who he is now, I believe, lies a belief in the value of education, which has not been weakened even once. To him, kids are the number one priority in whatever he has done and will do. I am not sure where his beliefs will ultimately bring him in the future of education, but I am sure that those who get to experience him and his work will undoubtedly recognize his immense value.
