I have had the pleasure of working under Kenneth Chang for nearly two years at Chungdahm Learning. During that time, he was a mentor, a great team leader, and assisted in my growth as an English educator.
When I started working at Chungdahm, Mr. Chang was my mentor. He worked hard to ensure that I understood each subject and task that I was assigned. I credit Mr. Chang's careful mentoring and guidance in my development and becoming a highly ranked instructor, as well as a trainer for new instructors.
Mr. Chang eventually became our branch's Faculty Manager. In this new position, he always ensured that there was a positive atmosphere in the office and went above and beyond the required duties of a supervisor to ensure that his employees were excelling in their work. I can honestly say that Mr. Chang was the most skilled, compassionate, and caring supervisor I have ever worked for. He would be an asset for any company interested in hiring him.
