"The Kenneth I know has the intelligence, competence, and grit to make innovative changes in the field of education."
I had the great pride and pleasure to work with Kenneth Chang for over 3 years while working at Chungdahm Learning, one of the largest private education companies in South Korea with almost 1,000 EFL instructors teaching over 60,000 students across the country. We worked together as upper management within the company – he as the Faculty Manager of one of the company’s largest learning center and as a manager at corporate office, and I as the supervisor of the Faculty Human Resources at Headquarters. In all my years of working within the private education sector of South Korea, I have yet to meet a professional who is as dedicated and passionate about education and development.
During his tenure at Chungdahm Learning, Kenneth was widely respected by his colleagues and gained the reputation for his ability to think analytically and innovatively. His contributions led the company to evolve its educational contents from paperback contents to digital, smart learning solution contents. Kenneth was also an exceptional leader and was able to distinguish himself by always being the hardest working individual in the offices he has worked in.
Kenneth quickly became successful working in education management primarily due to but not limited to his enthusiasm for and deep understanding of past and current events, organization skills, and advanced understanding of augmentation and communication. The Kenneth I know has the intelligence, competence, and grit to make innovative changes in the field of education. Thus, I will not only recommend, but also support Kenneth fully in all his future pursuits.
